- National and international investors;
- Real estate market players (builders, developers, realtors, etc.);
- Local governments;
- Profile bodies of state authorities;
- Cultural, medical, educational, spiritual and charitable organizations;
- Other independent players, taking into account the specifics of a particular region.

Our team has already implemented one of these projects, creating a refugee center in the city of Zaporizhzhia
We were inspired by the ideas of Ayn Rand and her famous book "ORIGIN". The main idea of the book is the value of individualism and creative freedom.
The main character defends the right of a person to adhere to his principles and implement his ideas, despite the pressure of society and others.
This philosophy is echoed in our project — we support those who, given the choice, show courage to stay in Ukraine and continue to live and work despite the war.
Our project is based on belief in human potential and the ability to create a bright future even in the most difficult conditions.
The concept of the scheme of work was defended as a project in kmbs and tested by the team in practice at one of the Zaporizhia shelters.
To investors. A strategy for obtaining income from real estate investments that demonstrate high potential for profitability
- The investor receives the most transparent tool for guaranteeing his investment - ownership;
- The investor transfers the real estate object to ORIGIN management free of charge for the period during the war and two years after the end of the war;
- After the management period, the investor receives options for disposal of the object.
The interests of investors are ensured by the existing low level of real estate prices (bank real estate, small privatization, etc.), a wide selection of objects prepared for investment, which are acquired by them, as transparent as possible in advance agreed schemes of purchase, repair, and management.
The further sale (after the active phase of hostilities) of these real estate objects will give an IRR of 27% in Euro/USD.
We take into account various factors that can positively affect the profitability of the project, such as the redesign of the facilities and the improvement of buildings at the expense of other donors
